How to Enroll

Frazier Preparatory Academy is currently accepting online enrollment submissions for the current school year and pre-enrollments for 2008-2009.  Please see below on additional information for the 2008-2009 enrollment process.

To enroll in grades K-5 for the current school year please complete the on-line enrollment form  interest application(s) via our website.

Enrollment 2008-2009 Process

Frazier Preparatory Academy enrollment window for the 2008-2009 school year for grades K-6 is now  is now open and will continue through April 15, 2008. Online applications received after April 15, 2008 will be accepted, however, applicants will not be included in any lottery drawings and will be placed on a waitlist if the class in which they enroll is full. 

Lottery dates: Lottery dates will be determined after our enrollment window has closed. Lottery drawings will be dependent upon the number of applications received and if there are more applications than seats available.

Informational meetings have been scheduled. Please note that childcare is not provided, but children are welcome to attend with their parents. This is a time for parents to receive information regarding our program and have the opportunity to ask questions and tour our facility.

Tours of the school may also be scheduled.  Please contact the main office at 773-534-6776 to schedule a tour.
